These items are handled on a case by case basis. We want to ensure you get the quality product you deserve and have paid for. If for any reason you have received a defective product you must notify us within the first 10 days of your order.  We will replace (or exchange it if item is no longer available) within 14 days.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning the item and we will look after the shipping costs of getting the replaced product back to you.

  • Some products come with an extended warranty through the manufacturers, it is your responsibility to register your product with that manufacturer to receive the extended warranty and to follow their policies and procedures.  If you need help reaching those manufacturers please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you. 
  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept any exchanges on non-defective products. Once a package is excepted it is considered delivered and nonrefundable.
  • If a package is refused at the door or not claimed and returned by the post office/courier in the same condition it was set and a customer requests a refund we will charge a 20% restocking fee as well as any post office/courier return charges as well as Credit card /Paypal processing fees.
  • All Lingerie & accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned so please choose your size accordingly.  One size may or may not fit all.
  • If an item is faulty and returned for an exchange the item must first be approved by a member of our head office. The item chosen must be of equal or great value if greater additional charges will apply.
  • Items returned for exchange must contain the original parts & packaging including batteries (if applicable), cords, remotes, warranty cards, instruction booklets, etc. All items returned must be sealed in a Ziploc or other clear bag for sanitary reasons.
  • You have 7 days after receiving your order to return your defective product back to us. Any returns sent after that period will not be accepted. Once the product has been received and confirmed as defective, we will send out a replacement product if available or replace it with a similar product equal or greater value. If the original item is confirmed to be non-defective, we will dispose of the item upon your request or it can be picked up or sent back at your cost.
