Privacy Policy

Charlinn Services may need to contact you if there are any questions about your order or to notify you if anything is on backorder and will use the contact information you provide to us.  We will NOT share your information with any other outside sources verbally or otherwise except with our supplier/warehouse for mailing purposes and those deemed by income tax filings and laws.

 

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Charlinn Services and Consulting ships merchandise to all Provinces within Canada and the United States but not to those States where Sex Toys are banned (Alabama).  We do not ship to any other international location at this time. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  Our orders are sent via Canada Post or Local courier and take between 3 and 7 days depending on your location from our office.   If you would like to pick up your order please e-mail us at the time of your order.

Any charges for duty levies or others are will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Out of Stock, Unavailable, Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally a product may be out of stock.  If we are confident that we are able to get that item within 7 days we will advise you and let you know that item will be delayed.  We don’t want that to hold up the rest of our order so any other items ordered at that time will be delivered as usual.  There will be no additional expense for the extra delivery costs.  If an item is out of stock, it cannot be purchased we will again notify you within 24 hours and offer you a refund for that item or an exchange.  Product packages are sometimes updated yet the product remains identical. The depiction of the product package you order may differ from the product package you receive.

Acknowledgment of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped, or that the availability of an item has been confirmed.  Charlinn Services and Consulting makes a conscientious effort to describe and display its products and services accurately on our site. Despite these efforts, a small number of the items on the site may be described inaccurately or unavailable, and we may experience lags in uploading updates throughout the Site and in our advertising on other sites. As a result, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, including, product images, specifications, availability, and services.  Charlinn Services and Consulting reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.

As part of our shipping procedures, we verify the availability before an item is shipped out.

If an item is no longer available, or we determine that there were inaccuracies in our product information, we will make every effort to route your order to another supplier at no additional cost to you. If we cannot fill your order by any other means, we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.  Charlinn Services uses a third-party wholesaler to process and ship all orders, they assure us of their discreet shipping policy but in saying that we are relying on humans and errors could happen however we go to great lengths to make sure it doesn’t.

Pick up Orders

Pick-up orders are generally ready the following day but if placed before 8 AM we can sometimes have them ready around noon.  The warehouse is located at 8988 Fraserton Court Burnaby BC V5J 5H8.  The package is unmarked and held under the customer’s name (for up to 30 days).   The warehouse is open Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 7:30 to 2:30 sharp for pickups orders ONLY, there is NO public area.  Once your order is ready we will e-mail you as well as TEXT you (if you have provided a cell number) the unit number as well as the address and times.  Your order must be picked up ASAP.  If your order is not picked up within 30 days the items will be considered abandoned and returned to inventory with NO refund.  If you have any questions regarding your order please e-mail us at forbiddenapple4u@gmail.com or call and leave us a message at 604 282-7379.

Sales Tax and Currency

Charlinn Services and Consulting charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on our Web site based on where our business resides which is British Columbia Canada.  We also charge in Canadian fund at our .ca site and files taxes as per British Columbia tax laws.
